Nike Music Shoe, flexing the Nike Free

Nike Music Shoe

Brand new week and I thought I’d share this rather cool video I found via Guy Kawasaki’s Twitter account yesterday, an ad by Nike to promote it’s Nike Free Run+ Shoes. It’s a music collaboration between W+K Tokyo, GROUNDRIDDIM and Rhizomatiks, and performed by HIFANA.

It looks a bit dubious at first, but I think it’s possible considering what kinds of these these music collectives and individuals have been able to do in the past. If anything else, I think it’s just pretty cool. :)

My favourite part of the ad is the closing line (hehe):

The Nike Free Run+ is absolutely a running shoe. Shoes sold at retail will NOT make music when bent or twisted.

Have a great week ahead folks!
