It’s bee a while since I’ve posted something up here but I wanted to take the chance here to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.
It’s my second Christmas away from home, and it’s the first time any of us have missed it twice in a row. I am a bit sad that I wasn’t able to spend Christmas Eve with my family – that’s the night we all usually come together for our celebrations – but I was able to Skype with them for a bit today so that made up for it.
I spent the evening instead with my good friend Mike and his friends and will have a nice Christmas breakfast before I head over to my other good friends Adam and Justin for gift exchanging, Christmas lunch and to watch lots of TV (including the Queen’s annual speech). We’ll stay in all day as public transport is a complete shut down.
There will be another update on this blog before the year ends with my usual retrospective. But for now, I hope you all have a great Christmas. Lots of love and peace from London.
