Former Police Commissioner Ivy Josiah on fatal shootings

The video below isn’t as fun as my usual Monday videos that I usually share on here but nevertheless, it’s rather important. Ivy Josiah, former member of the Royal Commission to Enhance the Operation and Management of the Royal Malaysia Police, talked to PopTeeVee about fatal shootings.

Watch the video below to get an idea of the situation – fatal shootings isn’t just something that is happening now, in 2003 there were almost 20 incidents – and what Ivy’s recommendation is.
